2. What data I process

Data entered in the contact form: full name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), site location (optional), the chosen service and the content of the message. I process the same data when you contact me by phone or e-mail.

3. Purpose and legal basis

answering your enquiry and preparing an offer – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent);
establishing, pursuing or defending claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).

4. Recipients of the data

Messages from the form are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited under a data processing agreement with the controller. The data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The form is protected from automated spam by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which evaluates technical browser signals without tracking cookies.

5. Retention period

I keep enquiry data for the duration of the correspondence and for up to 12 months after it ends. If a contract is concluded – for the period required by tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-⁠193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for marketing or analytics and does not profile its visitors. The browser stores only a technical note that the form has been sent, which protects against spam, and the accessibility settings you choose (theme, text size, contrast). This data never leaves your device. The map on the home and contact pages comes from OpenStreetMap. To limit abuse of the form, a hash of the sender’s IP address, from which the address cannot be recovered, is kept for 24 hours.
